When brought down from the mountain, one and a half plants of grass bore one flower bud; after peeling open the bud, it was thought to be a fine flower, and it did not bloom that year. It was not until March 25, 2012, that it flowered again. This flower not only has the bearing of the old variety but can even rival it, instantly astonishing orchid enthusiasts in the two counties of Xinchang and Shengzhou. This flower was immediately regarded by the owner of the orchid garden as a pearl in his palm.
