On July 16, 2015, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on July 16 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 204.92, up 0.68 points from yesterday, of which the “Shopping Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 206.33, up 0.64 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at the National Agricultural Products Wholesale Market was 22.29 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 177.99), up 0.1% from yesterday;

Beef 53.62 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

Mutton 48.38 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday;

Eggs 7.13 yuan/kg, up 0.7% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 14.78 yuan/kg, up 0.9% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 kinds of vegetables under key monitoring was 3.52 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 221.07), flat compared with yesterday;

The average price of the 7 kinds of fruit under key monitoring was 5.65 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.69 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

Common carp 13.55 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday;

Silver carp 6.86 yuan/kg, down 2.7% from yesterday;

Large hairtail 27.89 yuan/kg, flat compared with yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring at the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: shiitake mushrooms, Chinese chives, tomatoes, onions and ya pears, with increases of 2.6%, 1.9%, 1.7%, 1.5% and 1.3% respectively; the top five price decreases were: zucchini, eggplant, silver carp, watermelon and rapeseed greens, with decreases of 3.5%, 3.1%, 2.7%, 2.3% and 2.1% respectively.
