The finest of the Douban orchids (Cymbidium goeringii var. serratum) --- Dianzhong Xuguang! Also known as ---- Red-beaked Parrot!
Among the Douban orchids, this variety counts as a top-grade red multi-layered-petal flower (its floral quality is extremely stable). Crafted by nature's uncanny workmanship, it is such a wondrous treasure of the highest grade! It truly leaves one amazed!
The Douban masterpiece Dianzhong Xuguang (short and sturdy), the most beautiful vermilion-gold multi-layered-petal flower among the Douban orchids (its floral quality is extremely stable). It was first discovered by an orchid enthusiast in Mengzi. (When it was collected from the wild it was just a few seedlings; because the flower was too beautiful, and colored flowers are easy to fake, everyone was convinced it was a dyed flower and did not buy it. The price at the time was just the cost of one pack of Honghe Impression cigarettes!) Later it changed hands to Yuxi, where it was kept by an orchid enthusiast in Yuxi. After blooming again it astonished everyone, and it was named "Dianzhong Xuguang."This variety is scarce in number and well worth enjoying! Variety identification: the central leaf bears a crystal tip, and new seedlings occasionally produce hao variegation.。
