What variety of orchid is Xishi Huilan?

The Huilan su-wai-die Xishi was bought by the couple Changjiang from a mountain farmer. Huilan su-wai-die
Xishi was bought by the couple Changjiang from a mountain farmer. When the two of them saw the flower, they immediately called me and said there was a flower whose bud, when peeled open, showed a plain (su) center with outer butterfly (wai die) markings, but the plant was in very poor condition with only a few damaged leaves... the flower farmer was asking a high price... several local small orchid traders had already been there... but none dared to buy it. As soon as I heard the situation, I was delighted in my heart and immediately said I would buy it at the asking price... So that night it was sent by passenger bus, and the next day the flower arrived at my home. When I saw the plant I was extremely surprised: there were just two stunted shoots with a few roots, bearing one flower spike with four small buds still on it (there had originally been seven or eight, but some had been peeled off when it was dug from the mountain), five or six growths in all, five leaves in total, the short ones no more than 3 cm, the long ones only about 10 cm, and the bulbs were only the size of a soybean, with no sign of ever having divided, just like a seedling. How could this possibly bloom...? (At the time I thought it might be a small-seed plant... but actually it was not.) Not long after planting, it opened four flowers, which were cut off before they had fully opened, the tongues all having been pried open, and then photographed for the record. In between, only two or three close friends saw the flower (even Changjiang did not see what the open flower looked like until it bloomed again this year; the name Xishi was given by Changjiang back then upon seeing the orchid photo).
