On December 2, 2015, the "National Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on December 2 the “National Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products” was 202.89, up 1.20 points from yesterday, of which the “Shopping Basket” Product Wholesale Price Index was 204.29, up 1.16 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at the National Wholesale Market for Agricultural Products was 22.83 yuan/kg (pork wholesale price index 175.34), up 0.9% from yesterday;

Beef 54.56 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from yesterday;

Mutton 46.76 yuan/kg, up 0.3% from yesterday;

Eggs 7.99 yuan/kg, up 1.4% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 14.76 yuan/kg, up 1.9% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 4.05 yuan/kg (vegetable wholesale price index 226.83), up 2.0% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruit varieties was 4.97 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday;

Common carp 11.90 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday;

Silver carp 6.93 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 28.83 yuan/kg, down 1.1% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties key monitored at the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: eggplant, pumpkin, zucchini, celtuce and yardlong bean, with increases of 6.4%, 5.6%, 5.2%, 4.7% and 4.3% respectively; the top five price decreases were: Kyoho grape, banana, rapeseed (yu choy), crucian carp and largehead hairtail, with decreases of 2.8%, 1.4%, 1.3%, 1.3% and 1.1% respectively.
