On July 28, 2015, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on July 28 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 208.13, up 1.96 points from yesterday; among this, the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 210.16, up 2.43 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at national agricultural products wholesale markets was 23.07 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 179.92), up 0.7% from yesterday;

Beef was 54.10 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

Mutton was 48.06 yuan/kg, down 0.8% from yesterday;

Eggs were 7.41 yuan/kg, up 0.3% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken was 14.87 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 3.56 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 222.32), up 0.6% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruit varieties was 5.47 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.92 yuan/kg, up 1.4% from yesterday;

Common carp was 13.60 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from yesterday;

Silver carp was 7.34 yuan/kg, down 0.3% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail was 28.26 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties of fresh and live agricultural products under key monitoring at domestic wholesale markets, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were: watermelon, rapeseed greens, pineapple, cabbage and banana, with increases of 5.6%, 4.1%, 3.2%, 2.9% and 2.9% respectively; the top five price decreases were: Kyoho grape, pumpkin, oyster mushroom, zucchini and mutton, with decreases of 5.0%, 2.1%, 1.7%, 0.9% and 0.8% respectively.
