Detailed Introduction to the Characteristics of the Lin'an Peony Spring Orchid Variety

Discovered in the wild in Dianwei Township, Jianshui County, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and selected and cultivated by Honghe Jin Lin'an Orchid Garden. A Spring Orchid "Sanxing" (Triple Star) butterfly type, with a strong mutant gene, it has bloomed for several consecutive years as a Spring Orchid peony petal type (multiple inner petals butterfly-transformed), with 5-7 lip petals, all petaloids fully butterfly-transformed, possessing a "tongue" root and "throat" tube, the column tip mutated into a columnar shape, an upright leaf type, with a graceful plant form, flowering from December to January of the following year, the flower scape about 20CM tall, the flower facing upward, with 1 flower per scape; the petals are highly emulsified, with bright red patches on a white background, the colors are dazzlingly vivid, the patches are enormous, and the red patches contrast strongly against the white background; the floral fragrance is rich and mellow, and when one flower blooms, the whole room is filled with delicate fragrance.
