The beautiful spectacle presented by Douban is admirable

Orchids 0 views
Beautiful Spectacle, a fragrant Douban from Sichuan, with large and brilliantly colored flowers; the entire bloom resembles a roaring male lion, with a bold personality and a strong sense of motion. Beautiful Spectacle has a particularly long flowering period, with large flower form and rich content; from bud emergence to full bloom it takes 20 days to one month, as layer upon layer of petals unfurl in succession, with changes every day. Throughout the process, flowers bloom within flowers, adding wonder upon wonder, creating the beautiful spectacle of a flower within a flower. In addition, the petals are relatively thick, so the flowers remain open for a long time without fading, greatly extending the flowering period. Its pollinia are more numerous than those of conventional wonder flowers, and some blooms can release fragrance. This is yet another blessing from heaven for this flower, making up for the regret that ordinary Douban has no scent, and it is a treasure among the wonder flowers of Cymbidium goeringii.
