On July 31, 2015, the "National Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on July 31 the “National Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products” was 208.60, up 0.35 points from yesterday, of which the “Vegetable Basket” Product Wholesale Price Index was 210.81, up 0.69 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in national wholesale markets for agricultural products was 23.51 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 180.30), up 0.9% from yesterday;

Beef 54.45 yuan/kg, up 1.0% from yesterday;

Mutton 48.63 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from yesterday;

Eggs 7.67 yuan/kg, up 1.1% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 14.93 yuan/kg, up 1.0% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.61 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 226.18), up 0.6% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.34 yuan/kg, down 2.0% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.88 yuan/kg, up 1.0% from yesterday;

Common carp 13.53 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.20 yuan/kg, up 1.1% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.47 yuan/kg, down 0.5% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring in domestic wholesale markets for fresh and live agricultural products, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: spinach, rapeseed greens, lettuce, carrot and zucchini, with increases of 5.9%, 4.4%, 2.5%, 2.0% and 1.9% respectively; the top five price decreases were: ya pear, Kyoho grape, pumpkin, pineapple and Fuji apple, with decreases of 3.6%, 2.9%, 2.2%, 2.1% and 1.4% respectively.
