In accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods, and the Measures for the Administration of Automatic Import Licensing of Goods, it is hereby decided to include barley, sorghum, cassava and corn distillers grains in automatic import licensing administration (see attachment), effective from September 1, 2015.
