On August 19, 2015, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on August 19 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 214.13, up 0.58 points from yesterday; among this, the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 217.36, up 0.58 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 24.63 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 184.71), up 0.2% from yesterday;

Beef 53.89 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

Mutton 48.35 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from yesterday;

Eggs 8.60 yuan/kg, up 1.8% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 15.01 yuan/kg, up 1.4% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.86 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 245.06), down 0.8% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.31 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 15.02 yuan/kg, up 0.9% from yesterday;

Common carp 13.33 yuan/kg, up 2.2% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.23 yuan/kg, up 2.7% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 28.24 yuan/kg, down 1.9% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties in the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market under key monitoring, compared with yesterday, the top five price increases were: watermelon, silver carp, common carp, banana and eggs, with increases of 5.0%, 2.7%, 2.2%, 1.9% and 1.8% respectively; the top five price decreases were: spinach, cauliflower, yardlong bean, scallion and white radish, with decreases of 4.9%, 3.5%, 2.8%, 2.6% and 2.5% respectively.
