On August 27, 2015, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on August 27 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 214.64, down 0.72 points from yesterday, among which the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 217.79, down 1.14 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at national agricultural products wholesale markets was 24.76 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 184.64), up 0.6% from yesterday;

Beef was 53.67 yuan/kg, down 0.5% from yesterday;

Mutton was 47.96 yuan/kg, down 0.5% from yesterday;

Eggs were 9.21 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken was 14.71 yuan/kg, down 1.1% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.92 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 252.33), down 0.3% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.17 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 15.06 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from yesterday;

Common carp was 13.16 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from yesterday;

Silver carp was 7.15 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail was 28.73 yuan/kg, up 1.2% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring at domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale markets, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: carrot, garlic, garlic sprout, large yellow croaker and shiitake mushroom, with increases of 4.0%, 3.4%, 3.2%, 1.9% and 1.5% respectively; the top five price decreases were: cabbage, oyster mushroom, green pepper, yardlong bean and white radish, with decreases of 4.9%, 2.1%, 2.0%, 1.9% and 1.9% respectively.
