On September 14, 2015, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with last week

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on September 14 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 212.08, up 0.74 points from last Friday, among which the “Shopping Basket” Product Wholesale Price Index was 215.12, up 0.97 points from last Friday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 24.45 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 184.66), down 0.7% from last Friday;

Beef was 54.21 yuan/kg, up 0.9% from last Friday;

Mutton was 46.79 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from last Friday;

Eggs were 9.23 yuan/kg, up 0.4% from last Friday;

Dressed chicken was 15.20 yuan/kg, up 1.1% from last Friday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.78 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 242.59), up 1.1% from last Friday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.04 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from last Friday.

The average price of crucian carp was 15.00 yuan/kg, up 1.3% from last Friday;

Common carp was 12.85 yuan/kg, down 1.3% from last Friday;

Silver carp was 7.06 yuan/kg, up 0.4% from last Friday;

Largehead hairtail was 28.38 yuan/kg, up 0.4% from last Friday.

Today, among the 60 varieties in the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market under key monitoring, compared with last Friday the top five price increases were: watermelon, cowpea, cucumber, eggplant and zucchini, with increases of 6.2%, 5.3%, 5.0%, 4.8% and 4.5% respectively; the top five price decreases were: ginger, pineapple, pumpkin, celery and Kyoho grape, with decreases of 3.4%, 2.4%, 2.3%, 2.2% and 1.9% respectively.
