On September 15, 2015, the "National Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on September 15 the “National Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products” was 211.94, down 0.14 points from yesterday, among which the wholesale price index for “shopping basket” products was 214.91, down 0.21 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at national wholesale markets for agricultural products was 24.43 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 184.68), down 0.1% from yesterday;

Beef was 54.30 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

Mutton was 47.04 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from yesterday;

Eggs were 9.15 yuan/kg, down 0.9% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken was 15.14 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.81 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 242.79), up 0.8% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.02 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.82 yuan/kg, down 1.2% from yesterday;

Common carp was 12.73 yuan/kg, down 0.9% from yesterday;

Silver carp was 6.85 yuan/kg, down 3.0% from yesterday;

Large hairtail was 28.44 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring at domestic wholesale markets for fresh and live agricultural products, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were: cucumber, lettuce, bighead carp, yardlong bean and zucchini, with increases of 2.8%, 2.6%, 2.5%, 2.2% and 2.2% respectively; the top five price decreases were: silver carp, Ya pear, Kyoho grape, grass carp and Chinese cabbage, with decreases of 3.0%, 2.7%, 1.9%, 1.7% and 1.3% respectively.
