September 28, 2015 "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with last week

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on September 28 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 204.19, down 0.58 points from last Friday, among which the “Vegetable Basket” Product Wholesale Price Index was 205.63, down 0.71 points from last Friday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 23.84 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 182.97), down 0.6% from last Friday;

Beef 53.88 yuan/kg, down 1.2% from last Friday;

Mutton 47.29 yuan/kg, down 1.1% from last Friday;

Eggs 8.72 yuan/kg, down 1.0% from last Friday;

Dressed chicken 14.61 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from last Friday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.45 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 217.51), down 1.7% from last Friday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 4.85 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from last Friday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.40 yuan/kg, up 0.9% from last Friday;

Common carp 12.54 yuan/kg, up 0.9% from last Friday;

Silver carp 6.73 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from last Friday;

Largehead hairtail 29.07 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from last Friday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring in the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, compared with last Friday the top five price increases were: oyster mushroom, pineapple, rapeseed, grass carp and pumpkin, with margins of 3.7%, 2.9%, 2.6%, 2.0% and 1.8% respectively; the top five price decreases were: zucchini, cauliflower, spinach, lettuce and cabbage, with margins of 5.6%, 4.5%, 4.4%, 4.1% and 3.8% respectively.
