On October 9, 2015, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on October 9 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 198.11, down 1.19 points from yesterday; among this, the “Vegetable Basket” Product Wholesale Price Index was 198.42, down 1.49 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in national agricultural products wholesale markets was 23.46 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 179.89), down 0.6% from yesterday;

Beef was 53.59 yuan/kg, down 0.3% from yesterday;

Mutton was 46.96 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday;

Eggs were 8.25 yuan/kg, down 2.6% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken was 14.63 yuan/kg, down 2.6% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.30 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 201.49), down 2.1% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 4.68 yuan/kg, down 1.7% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.44 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday;

Common carp was 12.54 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Silver carp was 7.14 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail was 28.67 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties in the key monitoring of domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale markets, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were: tomatoes, winter melon, pumpkin, watermelon and garlic, with increases of 2.0%, 1.9%, 1.7%, 1.0% and 0.7% respectively; the top five price decreases were: spinach, eggplant, white radish, rapeseed and lettuce, with decreases of 5.4%, 5.3%, 4.4%, 4.1% and 3.9% respectively.
