On December 8, 2015, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on December 8 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 201.39, down 0.09 points from yesterday, among which the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 202.49, down 0.17 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in national agricultural products wholesale markets was 22.61 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 176.17), basically flat compared with yesterday;

Beef was 54.42 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from yesterday;

Mutton was 46.85 yuan/kg, up 0.7% from yesterday;

Eggs were 8.00 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken was 14.55 yuan/kg, flat compared with yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 4.07 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 225.40), up 0.2% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruit varieties was 4.90 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

The average price of crucian carp was 14.11 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from yesterday;

Common carp was 11.89 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from yesterday;

Silver carp was 7.24 yuan/kg, up 0.7% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail was 28.63 yuan/kg, down 2.6% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties in the key monitoring of domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale markets, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were: large yellow croaker, lettuce, oyster mushroom, onion and cucumber, with increases of 2.8%, 2.2%, 2.1%, 2.1% and 1.9% respectively; the top five price decreases were: banana, largehead hairtail, Chinese cabbage, pineapple and lotus root, with decreases of 3.5%, 2.6%, 2.1%, 1.9% and 1.3% respectively.
