Establish international circulation ports for agricultural products and lower the prices of imported fruits. We must dare to face the real problems faced by rural China and help farmers exchange their efforts for “real gold and silver”. We should take leading products as the starting point and focus on creating agricultural product brands; by continuously improving the construction of the “improved seed and improved method system, quality traceability system, cold-chain logistics system, sales and distribution system, production and marketing linkage system, and producer interest protection system”, build circulation platforms and provide storage and transportation guarantees for vegetable and fruit production; build agricultural product logistics parks well to ensure food safety; build agricultural product inspection centers and agricultural product information circulation traceability centers well, release circulation information and price indices in a timely manner, guide agricultural product production and circulation gradually toward order and standardization, minimize losses to the greatest extent, and increase farmers' returns.
To resolve the contradiction of alternating structural shortages and structural surpluses in agricultural products, we must be good at using “big data” and “cloud platforms” and “Internet+”, promote agricultural industrialization, and create and improve multiple business models. In order to prevent the output of bulk agricultural products such as fruits, vegetables and pork from frequently fluctuating sharply, while actively promoting the construction of market-owned bases, adopt the industrialized business model of “enterprise + cooperative + farmer + base + technology + market”, and for cooperatives and farmers adopt methods such as injecting capital and shareholding, with attention to carrying out technical training, seed distribution, agricultural input support and delivery, as well as on-site guidance and contract purchasing, to help farmers plant in a standardized way. Through comprehensive innovation in science and technology, systems, mechanisms, policies, strategies and management, promote the great development of the agricultural product circulation field, and truly provide more and greater help in solving the problem of increasing farmers' income.
