Analyst view: Implementing moderate-scale operations and providing support and awards to large-scale production households and large growers in crop farming and livestock production is a reflection of recent national policy. It is also a necessary means for the country to implement agricultural modernization and promote agricultural transformation and upgrading. Changing the previous system of universal benefits and implementing subsidy and support policies for specific producers or actual production value is the direction and trend of China's agricultural subsidy development for a period in the future. Local governments responding to the country's call and rewarding local large agricultural producers is support for national policy.
