Renovation and garden building carried out simultaneously; netizens say they want to swap for a house with a yard too

My house was renovated last May. I also wanted to build the garden at the same time as the house renovation, but the boss was against it: workers are constantly going in and out through the yard, and materials are also carried in through the yard. If you finish the yard first, and then they damage something of yours, wouldn't you be devastated! I thought about it and agreed, so let's do the garden after the house is renovated.
