International experience shows that urbanization is a natural historical process. Energizing Rural Reform, Accelerating Agricultural Modernization
On February 2-3, the first training class for heads of agriculture-related media nationwide and journalists covering agriculture, rural areas and farmers to study and implement the spirit of the Central Document No. 1 was held in Beijing. The training class invited Chen Xiwen, deputy head and director of the Office of the Central Leading Group for Rural Work, Han Jun, deputy director of the Office of the Central Leading Group for Financial and Economic Affairs, Chen Xiaohua, Vice Minister of Agriculture, and Zhang Hongyu, director of the Department of Rural Economic System and Operation Management of the Ministry of Agriculture, to give special reports respectively on advancing agricultural modernization, new rural construction, rural reform and increasing farmers' incomes. They agreed that at present, China's economic development has entered a new normal, shifting from high-speed growth to medium-to-high-speed growth, and how to continue strengthening the foundational position of agriculture and promote sustained increases in farmers' incomes against the backdrop of slowing economic growth is a major issue that must be solved. We must always uphold solving the issues of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" as the top priority of the whole Party's work, add momentum through reform, and use the rule of law as a guarantee, so as to achieve strong agriculture, wealthy farmers and beautiful rural areas, and accelerate the modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics.

An Analysis of the Two Major Priorities of New Urbanization: Exploring Household Registration System Reform
The concept of new urbanization has not yet been defined uniformly in academia, but different scholars have a roughly similar understanding of its connotation: new urbanization is a form of urbanization with the basic characteristics of urban-rural coordination, urban-rural integration, industry-city interaction, conservation and intensiveness, ecological livability, and harmonious development, and it is an urbanization in which large, medium and small cities, small towns, and new rural communities develop in a coordinated way and promote each other's progress. New urbanization is a key link in China's economic and social development, an important engine for maintaining sustained and healthy economic development, and an important way to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Urbanization is the product of economic development reaching a certain stage, and labor and capital are the two most basic factors in economic development, so in comprehensively advancing the process of new urbanization, these two aspects are crucial, namely the urbanization of people and the raising of capital in the process of urbanization.

Urbanization development should adhere to a people-oriented approach
Recently, urbanization has been developing very rapidly, and I often hear colleagues and friends around me say that their hometowns or the villages around their homes have been demolished.
