A Comprehensive Analysis of Chinese Farmers' Right to the Distribution of Collective Land Income
The distribution of collective land income has become one of the important sources of income for Chinese farmers, and those who enjoy the right to the distribution of collective income have strong demands regarding the distribution of that income. The right to the distribution of collective land income is a specific type of farmers' collective membership right, and is also the most important category within the right to the distribution of collective income. On the basis of defining the concept, this paper constructs institutions related to the right to the distribution of collective land income from the four aspects of the rights subject, the rights object, the distribution mechanism and the remedy system, using the basic principles of civil law, and proposes the establishment of relevant supporting institutions.
