Special fertilizer for raising seedlings is a fertilizer specially formulated for the seedling-raising stage of crops such as rice and vegetables. It usually adjusts the nutrient ratio on the basis of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and often adds trace elements, acid-adjusting or disease-preventing components. Its core goal is to cultivate strong seedlings, so that the seedlings have well-developed roots, thick stems and normal leaf color, laying a good foundation for reviving and surviving after transplanting.

The main difference between this type of fertilizer and ordinary compound fertilizer lies in its greater safety.
