China's rapeseed imports enter a period of high rigid demand
The temporary inspection and quarantine measures implemented starting in 2009 meant that subsequent imported rapeseed could only enter a small number of China's coastal port areas, while its enormous advantages in price, cost, quality and supply in turn caused the imported rapeseed processing capacity in China's coastal areas to grow rapidly.
