In 1997, Zhu Limu from Tangdi, Shaoxing, Zhejiang purchased it from a farmer in Hubei. The three outer petals are broad, with a constricted base and flared angles, the petals are entirely green, the pincers (bengke) hold, and the tongue is large and round. The scape is tall, the scape stalk is red, and the leaves are semi-upright.
