Wheat is one of the main grain crops in China, and most regions are now entering the harvest period. Among them, Henan is China's main wheat-producing area, accounting for about one quarter of the national total output. So, when is wheat harvested in Henan in 2020? How much is the price per jin?

II. How much is wheat per jin in Henan in 2020?
Recently, the wheat price index in the main national producing areas is 1.22 yuan/jin, among which the wheat price in Henan is 1.1-1.3 yuan/jin. Judging from the current price, it is not much different from 19, and is still relatively stable.
III. How do you judge whether wheat can be harvested?
This is mainly determined by the maturity degree of the wheat kernels, and is divided into the milk-ripe stage, dough-ripe stage and fully ripe stage.
1. Milk-ripe stage
In the milk-ripe stage, the stems and leaves gradually change from green to yellow-green, and the kernels contain a milky substance. At the end of the milk-ripe stage, the volume and fresh weight of the kernels both reach their maximum. The grain color turns pale yellow, the ventral groove is green, the kernel moisture content is 45%-50%, and the stem moisture content is 65%-75%.
2. Dough-ripe stage
In the dough-ripe stage, the contents of the kernels are dough-like, and the hardness changes from soft to hard as the stage progresses.
3. Fully ripe stage
In the fully ripe stage, the leaves wither and turn yellow, the kernels become hard and show the true color of the variety, the moisture content is below 20%, and the stem moisture content is 20-30%. This is the best time for harvest.
If the harvest is missed at the fully ripe stage, the nutrients in the wheat kernels will flow back into the straw, causing a decrease in grain weight, and the yield per mu will be reduced by 30 kg to 50 kg. If there is continuous rainy weather, the kernels will sprout and become moldy, the quality will deteriorate, and the loss will be even greater.
