The Kaohsiung City Government held the second Southern Agriculture Forum at the Kaohsiung Municipal Social Education Center, sharing the trends and evolution of the sixth-order industrialization of agriculture in Taiwan and Japan under the theme "Sixth-Order Upgrade: Micro Agribusinesses as Pioneers."

Unlike the first edition, whose theme emphasized "Sixth-Order Integration: A Million Small Farmers Charge Forward," and which shared the trends and evolution of the sixth-order industrialization of agriculture, this edition emphasized upgrading small farmers into micro agribusinesses and focused on how the sixth-order industry can integrate advantages and resources. Experts and young farmers from the upstream, midstream and downstream segments of the agricultural industry chain in Taiwan and Japan were invited to share success stories and evolution models, and to think about how local industries can find distinctive resources, create competitive advantages and develop local charm.
