Yesterday (February 1) was the first day for self-pickup of the purple rice eight-treasure rice, and impersonation occurred right away, with someone claiming the purple rice eight-treasure rice in the name of a friend of Tianguei. An unscrupulous individual went to the Nanmen Pastry Shop and falsely claimed to be a friend of Tianguei. The owner believed it was true and let her take the organic purple rice eight-treasure rice for free. After later verification, it was found to be a scam.
Starting the next day, the Tianguei Project and the Nanmen Pastry Shop immediately added a verification step: when picking up in person at the Nanmen Pastry Shop, customers must first call or line, (0921-841-761), and only after Teacher Huang, the host of the Tianguei Project, personally verifies them can they be allowed to collect it.
