Sweets always make people think of happiness, but eating them carelessly brings no happiness at all! The artificial sweeteners most people like to use may raise the rate of weight gain. Nutritionists suggest replacing them with natural honey, fructose and oligosaccharides so you can eat to your heart's content and stay healthy too!

"Choosing Low-Sugar Desserts to Satisfy Cravings"
Dietitian Chang says that when you want something sweet, you can exercise, take a walk or go to bed early to shift your attention, or change your eating habits by choosing whole grains with a low glycemic index and eating protein foods at every meal to increase satiety. When you are not hungry, the desire to eat sweets decreases.

If you really want to eat something sweet, you can choose low-sugar desserts or make your own low-sugar treats, using natural honey, fructose or oligosaccharides instead of artificial sweeteners. Research from the University of Texas Health Science Center shows that drinking soda containing artificial sweeteners every day raises the incidence of obesity by about 41%, which is very unfavorable for weight loss.

"Low-Sugar Konjac Jelly, Tasty Without Weight Gain"
If you want to make your own low-sugar treats, konjac is an excellent ingredient. Add konjac powder to cold boiled water and stir evenly. Let it stand for 15 minutes, then stir while heating until obvious bubbles form at the edge of the pot. Turn to low heat, stir evenly and turn off the heat. Portion into heat-resistant molds to cool, place in the refrigerator to chill, then cut into small cubes and add to a cold drink made with yuzu jam and cold boiled water, and it is done. Using the natural colorings of red yeast rice, orange and pickled plum can make the colors of the konjac jelly even more vibrant!
