Dear friends, this year I am graduating from Yilan's Xiaotiantian to pursue a dream I have held for a long time but never had the courage to carry out: becoming a farmer.
Through the Xiaotiantian project, I truly felt that being a farmer is not romantic at all. It is hard, really hard. But whenever I finish farm work and sit by the field watching the rice sway in the wind, those scenes make me feel it is all worthwhile. Because our rice is dried at a higher moisture level, this rice tastes much better than rice on the market, but it has one drawback: it does not keep long. However, being eaten quickly is, for food, the highest honor. So, if unopened and stored in a cool, ventilated place, the rice can keep for two months; if stored in the refrigerator, it can keep for six months. What about after opening? We suggest you eat it as soon as possible, so you can meet her at the most beautiful moment of her rice life. It is all because of love.
