"It's pretty nice living here, we'd say - fairly clean. But some places aren't so good. The animals living in other places cry out very loudly. Their sorrow is very loud. I can hear it. Can't you humans hear it?"

"I want to be human."
"What? There's nothing good about being human……"
"I want to try being human, so I can know what humans are really thinking, and why they do things I can't understand."
How I wish I could conjure a anywhere door and go back to the sea with you.

"I love the sea so much. The sea connects land to land, and it connects us too."
"Mm-hm. Let's meet again in the sea next time."

ㄈㄈ (the ㄈ in ㄅㄆㄇㄈ), who calls himself "a child blessed by whales and the sea." When he's not in the sea, he likes to draw whales, and to chat with a right whale. He says, "The reason I was reborn as a human in this life is that there are things I need to learn and things I need to complete. I think making more people love whales is one of them."
