The Dining Table in the Rice Paddy Project: Rural Areas Can Be Fun Like This
After two years of action, hands-on experience, mischief and reflection involving rural villages and agricultural produce, I, in the founding discussion of a certain social enterprise, met a group of like-minded friends while sharing experiences with one another, and we decided to establish an experimental team called ‘Happy Fruit Food’. Then, with the help of more young seventh-grade activists, artists and entrepreneurs, we launched an experimental rural project, ‘The Dining Table in the Rice Paddy’, hoping to do something for Taiwan, China through ‘eating’.
