Xianyu Tea and Wine Bistro, featuring local ingredients

General News By Emily Carter 0 views

The first time you go to Xianyu, you are usually drawn in by its striking appearance and its interesting and abundant handmade goods.

The reason you are willing to go a second, third, and fourth time, bringing old friends and friends from Hong Kong, China along… is that you have become hooked on its drinks, its atmosphere, and its spirit of loving Taiwan's good things.

Xianyu's osmanthus has a full aroma, and having drunk osmanthus brew from a certain region, I couldn't help but ask why the fragrance could be so natural.

The owner said he had tried several places, and they were probably all factory-made, with only so-so quality; after trying one after another, it was an osmanthus brew from an old shop in Alishan that finally won his approval.

The tea comes from Hualien, from Jilin Tea Garden, which has been passed down through four generations and uses natural farming methods; and from Luosheng Farm in Mingjian, Nantou, which, after switching to organic tea, enjoys the improvement in the local ecology.

The first time I tried North Taiwan Beer was at Xianyu, and only then did I discover that Taiwan also has lychee and cantaloupe fruit beers.

Getting to know where the shop's drinks come from feels like getting to know Taiwan's good things even better. Taiwan is a treasure island, and our tea is second to none. Although it is only a small shop, the owner carefully selects Taiwanese agricultural products; although the cost is higher, it is reflected in the quality, which is fragrant and delicious.

I have been there recently; the current offerings are mainly tea, alcohol, and coffee, so I suggest going after you have eaten
