Gongliao Water Terraces Hehe Mini Tour: Visiting a Makino Bamboo Family

[Who can join]The event is open to the general public and schoolchildren in third grade and above (those under 16 must be accompanied by a parent), 20 people/1 session, until full.

[Event fee]The event fee is 950 yuan/person; "Hehe Production Team" partners enjoy a discount of 100 yuan each for one accompanying guest. The fee includes: seasonal Hehe flavor meal, course design fee, partial instructor fee, Hehe afternoon tea snack, bamboo shoot blanching pack (1 jin), field experience and DIY materials, site maintenance and conservation, administrative management costs and business income tax, etc.; an invoice will be issued on site. Transportation costs and part of the instructor fees are subsidized by the Environmental Protection Administration plan; participants are kindly asked to cherish this.

[Notes]

1. The instructor team includes the climbing trips of the Human-Habitat Environmental Ethics Development Foundation and members of the Hehe Production Team; we need participants who are willing to learn actively by getting close to the land. We take environmental conservation and local cultural inheritance as our purpose, so the event will be carried out with careful and strict friendliness toward residents' lives and the environment. During the event, please cooperate together and follow the guidelines of the leaders.
2. During the event, due to weather and the actual conditions of farming, there may be a gap between the event and participants' expectations; registered participants must, after receiving the pre-trip notice, pass it on to their companions, ensuring that each other makes full preparations and understands the event goals according to the pre-trip notice.
3. During the event, in cooperation with (1) conservation and industry plan promotion and (2) execution of the Environmental Protection Administration subsidy case, there will be image recording; please be sure that you and your companions can all accept and agree before deciding to participate; we will guarantee your usage rights limited to the aforementioned promotional purposes.

[Registration method]Online registration opens from 12:00 noon on 106/4/19 (Wed):

1. When you successfully submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation letter; if you do not receive it for a long time, please contact the event window to confirm;
2. Starting from 4/24 (Mon), we will send out "official and waiting list notices" one after another. Within 3 days after receiving the "official and waiting list notice", please follow the steps in the letter to complete the payment procedure. (Those who fail to complete the remittance procedure within the deadline will be deemed to have given up their place, and replacements will be made in order until full.)
3. After completing registration and payment, we will send a "pre-trip notice" 7 days before the event day. If you need to cancel or process a refund, please inform us at least 7 days before the event day (inclusive); the refund will deduct a 50 yuan administrative handling fee; for cancellations due to reasons within 6 days, because ingredients, materials, etc. have already been arranged, no refund will be given. (Refunds will be completed by remittance before the 15th of the month following the event day.)
4. If you need to transfer your place to another person, please process the information change 3 days before the event to facilitate insurance operations.
5. In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, typhoons, heavy rain, earthquakes, etc., the organizer will adjust the content according to the situation. If cancellation or postponement is necessary, notice will be given no later than 12:00 noon 1 day before the event; if you cannot cooperate with the postponement, we will refund the full amount.
