Fuxing Township in Taoyuan County makes up one quarter of Taoyuan's total area, and Fuxing Township is also the only indigenous township in the county. Because transportation to the outside is not convenient and supplies are scarce, there is still a group of hardworking tea farmers who quietly guard their own family tea gardens. Although they face the impact of large quantities of low-priced foreign tea entering the Taiwan market, they still hope to share their own small-batch, pure-quality Lala Mountain high-mountain tea with friends from the lowlands.

Lala Mountain high-mountain tea also has the beautiful name 'cloud-and-mist tea'

Because the Lala Mountain area has a cold, cloudy climate, is shrouded in cloud and mist all year round, and has a large temperature difference between day and night, it is extremely suitable for cultivating and growing tea trees, but the planting area is only 40 hectares, with an annual output of about 40,000 Taiwan jin. The output is scarce, and the quality is also quite stable. Every harvest is deeply cultivated by the tea farmers, hand-picked, finely rolled, lightly kneaded, slowly dried, and evenly roasted. The brewed tea leaves are emerald green in color and the liquor is golden. Also, because the tea surface is thick and substantialand rich in pectin, the taste is sweet, mellow, smooth and soft. In recent years it has been hailed as a rising star in the tea world.

The tea gardens on Shangbaling and Lala Mountain are mostly surrounded by cloud and mist all year round, so Lala Mountain high-mountain tea also has the beautiful name 'cloud-and-mist tea'.

The following May is the harvest season for Lala Mountain spring tea. Because the output is scarce, there are not many chances to taste it. Friends from the lowlands are welcome to come up the mountain together to pick tea and drink tea.
