Winter paired with the northeast wind, coastal people paired with the sea breeze, the winter coast does not hibernate.
Seabirds soaring across the sky and winter migratory birds lead the way with the wind, taking us wandering along the coast, from Qixingtan in Hualien in the north southward to the winter coastal scenery at the Hualien River estuary, feeling the sea breeze, the vitality of the coast, and the sea people's life of fishing the sea. As long as we are willing, all kinds of interactions between the sea and people still offer a chance to receive the ocean's nourishment in winter.
▎Event time: January 27~29, 105th year of the Republic of China (three days and two nights)
▎Target participants: children in grades 4 to 6 of elementary school, limited to 32 children
▎Event location: from Qixingtan in Hualien in the north, southward to the Hualien River estuary (Hualien River estuary, Hualien Fishing Harbor, Dongchang fixed fishing ground, Qixingtan coast from south to north shore, etc.)
▎Accommodation: Huacaiji Floral Art Homestay (No. 63, Beisanzhan, Shunan Village, Xincheng Township, Hualien County)

2. Registration is successful once this foundation receives payment. After admission, Kuroshio will send a notice to parents by email, and please pay within 5 days by remittance or ATM transfer to secure your registration.

4. After registration and payment confirmation are complete, Kuroshio will provide a ” Parent Consent Form” by email; please have the parent fill it in and fax it back (03-8246717) or email a scanned copy.
5. For those who fail to complete the procedures by the deadline, places will not be reserved; thank you for your understanding.
6. One week before the event, a pre-departure notice will be sent to parents' email addresses
▎Refund rules:
※ Notify Kuroshio 21 days before the event departure date, 80% of the fee is refunded
※ Notify Kuroshio 2 working days before the event departure date, 70% of the fee is refunded
※ Notify Kuroshio 1 working day before the event departure date, 50% of the fee is refunded
※ Notify Kuroshio on or after the day of departure, no refund
※ If the trip cannot proceed due to natural disasters or force majeure, the registration fee will be refunded
※ Those who fail to check in without reason or leave the group midway or drop out are deemed to have voluntarily given up, and no refund will be given

▎Notes:
1. Parents, please remind your children that when attending the camp courses, they must strictly follow all safety instructions from the event staff and team counselors to avoid danger. Also remind the children to take good care of the items they bring, and not leave them in Hualien!
2. In order to give the children space for independent growth and experience, this camp does not allow parents to follow the course in any way; thank you for your cooperation.
3. During the event, staff are equipped with emergency medical kits, radio walkie-talkies and mobile phones, and follow basic accident prevention and emergency rescue procedures to respond to possible emergencies.
4. For this camp, the center provides all participants with 2 million travel accident insurance and 200 thousand accidental medical insurance.
5. This camp's activities include coastal walks, nighttime observation, and preparing some meals themselves, etc. Before registering, please consider the children's physical capacity and health condition, and please fill in and inform this foundation in detail in the registration fields.
6. Participants traveling between Taipei and Hualien will take the train, accompanied on board by this camp's counselors.
