Jimmy No. 5 GiveMeFive - Cross-Strait Youth Agricultural Exchange Tsinghua University Gukeng Ecological Tour
On August 5 and 6, the second stop in Taiwan, China of the summer practice team from the "Fengyun Tai - Qingzhu Bay" agricultural social experience study group of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, which came from the mainland, arrived at the Eleven Stone Coffee Garden in Gukeng, Yunlin, to take part in "Jimmy No. 5 Give Me Five Experience" and learn about Gukeng's coffee and rural ecology.
The mainland currently hopes to bring the "Chinese Dream" of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects to every person in a country with a large agricultural population. To contribute its own part to this, to learn about agricultural experience in Taiwan, China, where agricultural development is advanced, and to increase exchanges between students on both sides of the strait, twelve freshmen from the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and the School of Foreign Languages, together with five like-minded partners from National Chiao Tung University - Chen Mutian, He Fujing, Xu Tianliang, Huang Ziwei, and Wu Shengzhi - as well as Zhao Binliang of the China Productivity Center, jointly formed this Taiwan agricultural summer practice team.
Jimmy No. 5 - Give Me Five Experience, a journey into rural ecology
On the morning of the 6th, the CITA Agricultural Improvement Case Competition award-winning implementation team - the "Jimmy No. 5" Eleven Stone improvement implementation team - shared and exchanged their experience in improving Eleven Stone with the visiting Tsinghua students. In order to give the Tsinghua students a further understanding of agriculture and ecology in Gukeng, Yunlin, this itinerary arranged for the twelve mainland students to take part in one of the improvement plans, the "Give Me Five Experience."
8/10-8/11 "High-Five to Pass On Love: Children's Rural Experience"
Meaningful experience activities will continue on and on. On August 10 and 11, the "Jimmy No. 5" implementation team will join hands with Eleven Stone Coffee Garden to hold the "High-Five to Pass On Love: Children's Rural Experience" activity, hoping this activity can leave these children with beautiful memories of a small ecological trip.
