2016 Guandu Food and Agriculture Culture Experience Camp

General News By Emily Carter 0 views

In recent years, food safety scandals have erupted,

and beyond re-examining a market flooded with foods full of chemical and processed ingredients, some genuine and some fake,

shouldn't we also rethink where our food actually comes from, and rediscover the connection between food and the land?

To help everyone rediscover where food comes from, adopt healthy eating habits, and walk together into the rice paddies to enjoy the scenery, Guandu Nature Park invites you and your family and friends to learn about the fascinating rice food culture, understand environmentally friendly farming methods, food and agriculture issues (seasonal fruits and vegetables, eco-friendly farming, food additives), and agriculture-related natural ecosystems and issues. Working together on the same plot of land, you will observe the growth of rice seedlings through all four seasons and experience the deep emotion of close contact with the land.
