The Global Economics of Food Book Club: From Western Pizza to Taichung Da Mian Geng

The Friday book club of the Homemakers United Foundation Taichung Branch has read "The Global Economics of Food: Starting from a Slice of Pizza" together this semester, and will hold a special lecture this Friday (11/28) afternoon: "Reading The Global Economics of Food - From Western Pizza to Taichung Da Mian Geng." It is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend!
From the bite of food in your hand, look back and think about its past and present, and follow author Paul Trummer to become a pizza detective. 11/28 (Fri) 14-16:00, in the leisurely good reading time of the day after tomorrow, on the 2F of this branch (No. 61, Sanmin West Road, West District, Taichung City), Deputy Director Zhang Mingchun of this branch will approach it from social and cultural angles, and in the process from land to table, identify clues to food safety problems.
