Broadcasting~ Broadcasting~ "Satoyama Rice Harvesting" is now open for registration!

Northern-style zongzi, southern-style zongzi, ban zongzi (rice dumplings made with ground rice), alkaline zongzi... The Dragon Boat Festival has just passed, so have you all eaten every kind of zongzi under the sun? The star of these zongzi - [rice] - whether its fragrance fills the air when stir-fried or it turns soft and sticky when steamed, makes everyone's mouth water, and one bite leaves you wanting more! A dietary life centered on rice for thousands of years has given rise to a diverse rice food culture that has enriched our lives. And whenever we savor these delicacies, have you ever wondered where this delicious rice comes from? And how did it travel from the land to our dining table?

On 7/16 (Sat) and 7/17 (Sun), families big and small are all welcome to come harvest rice together. 7/16 is for group reservations, and 7/17 is open for individual registration. For detailed registration guidelines, please see the link below, or the online registration system!!
