Turtle Field Project's health-boosting adlay is "red adlay" with the seed coat left intact; the seed coat is where coixol is most concentrated, and it is rich in B vitamins, calcium, potassium, iron and other minerals. "Red adlay" is an important ingredient in medicinal cuisine or food therapy, with effects of strengthening the stomach, removing dampness, promoting urination, whitening, reducing inflammation and fighting tumors.
