"Lemon Black Tea" Without a Single Drop of Lemon Juice (Part 1)...
When you hear "lemon black tea," what ingredients do you think it has?
Is it… lemon plus black tea?
Lemon can help prevent colds, kidney stones, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and myocardial infarction, and it improves blood clotting function and platelet count.
It is very rich in vitamins and also has a good effect in calming the fetus and stopping vomiting, making it a fruit suitable for women.
Hot salted lemon tea can also help move qi and resolve phlegm, and relieve fatigue… and so on. It is widely recognized as a good fruit!
A few days ago, when a friend was choosing a drink at a convenience store, I, being nosy, took a look at the ingredients of the lemon black tea he picked. The internationally famous brand honestly labeled, in small print at the bottom of the drink, 0 juice.
I was still greatly shocked…
0 juice, why can it use a picture of a fresh lemon…
The sourness of lemon all comes from "citric acid." With not a single drop of lemon, why can it be called lemon black tea?
It feels like I was deceived by XX lemon black tea for 24 years.
I feel angry and powerless at my own naivety…
I want to say…
Hey! It should be called "citric acid black tea"… and then remove the lemon picture! Because this bottle of drink does not contain a single drop of lemon juice~
Lemon has many benefits, so buy a fresh lemon! If you are worried about the hassle, you can make lemon juice into ice cubes. One lemon ice cube a day with water and honey~ you can get plenty of vitamins.
Even if we may not be able to fight the giant international brand, we can tell the people around us not to be confused by the product name "lemon black tea"! Be a little more diligent, eat a little more naturally, and do a little better for your body!
Addendum:
1. I have already raised this question with the brand's website.
2. Whether it is natural lemon or citric acid added to fruit juice, neither is suitable for being stored in a plastic container.
3. You are welcome to watch the next episode, the gains from personally making a trip to the convenience store, https://www.newsmarket.com.tw/blog/11585/
