Taiwan Fertilizer Black King Special organic matter fertilizer is subsidized at 40 yuan per bag, but applying the right fertilizer is the key
Today (the 27th), the Council of Agriculture held a briefing in Yizhu Township, Chiayi County, on "Measures to Stabilize Fertilizer Supply and Demand," and also joined with Taiwan Fertilizer Company to launch the new organic fertilizer product "Heiwangte." "Heiwangte has added humic acid and peat, so the nutrients are released slowly, reducing soil acidification, and the corn it produces also has 'strong roots, thick stalks, and high yields.'" explained Kang Hsin-hung, chairman of Taiwan Fertilizer Company; Chen Chi-chung, deputy minister of the Council of Agriculture, also said that Chiayi County is an important county and city for the council's future policy of a great granary, and that Heiwangte is extremely good for corn production, encouraging farmers to choose organic fertilizer materials more often.
A legislator recently questioned why organic fertilizer still rose in price despite subsidies? Chen Chi-chung clarified repeatedly that environmentally friendly cultivation fertilizers have been approved by the Executive Yuan, and the increased cost is jointly absorbed by Taiwan Fertilizer Company and the Council of Agriculture. "Take Heiwangte for example: one bag costs 80 yuan, 40 yuan higher than general fertilizer, and the Council of Agriculture will bear 20 yuan while Taiwan Fertilizer Company bears 20 yuan, so the fertilizer farmers buy is still 40 yuan." Farmers will directly purchase organic fertilizer at the subsidized price, and there will absolutely never be a situation of "buying it 40 yuan more expensive."

When does the subsidy begin? It will be launched successively after March 17
Although the Council of Agriculture announced last year that it would invest 1.2 billion yuan to increase organic fertilizer subsidies, many farming friends reported that "the farmers' association says it has not received the official document, does not know the details, and cannot proceed, so please wait for news," and when a reporter asked the Council of Agriculture's Agriculture and Food Agency, the response received was also that "the environmentally friendly cultivation fertilizer subsidy measure has not yet gone online, and still needs the minister's approval; once passed, the Agriculture and Food Agency will immediately post a notice online."

Wang An-shih, section chief of the Organic Materials Section of the Agriculture and Food Agency, further explained that the "Organic Compound Fertilizer Subsidy Measure" was officially launched on March 17 this year, and Taiwan Fertilizer's "Heiwangte" is the first subsidized item; the remaining subsidy items will be announced together after review; and subsidy measures such as microbial fertilizers and farmland fertility improvement materials will also be launched successively. "At present, the council hopes to complete the Executive Yuan procedure and officially go online before mid-April."
