A lookout tower steeped in legend, air-raid shelters that bear witness to history

Who it's for / The general public, and anyone interested in cultural assets, history, etc. (Children below elementary school age are not suited to this session.)
Tour features / We take you to visit the air-raid shelters and lookout tower that bear witness to Cold War history, and to feel Taiwan's diverse living memories.
Number of participants / 30 people.
Tour guide and lecturer / Cultural and historical worker Chen Leren. (A director once shortlisted for the Golden Horse Award for Best Documentary)
Event fee / Guide fee: 250 yuan for adults, 200 for high school and university students, 150 for junior high students. Lunch is self-arranged.

Meeting time/place: 8:40~9:00. Meet at Zhongxing Hospital(Nantou Hospital Zhongxing Branch:No. 57, Huanshan Road, Nantou City). Those arriving by intercity bus, please get off at Zhongxing New Village Zhongxue Road Station or Guanghua 5th Road Station, then walk about 8 minutes to Zhongxing Hospital. Registration Notes
1. Children below elementary school age are not suited to this session.
2. This session includes a short uphill stretch, and the air-raid shelter is in a concealed location, so please wear long pants and prepare mosquito protection measures.
3. Before registering, please assess your own physical condition and read all event notes carefully. If you have any special symptoms, please proactively inform the event contact before the event to ensure your safety in participating.
4. A thoughtful reminder: please bring your own drinking water, sports shoes, hat, thin and thick outerwear, and sun protection, wind protection and mosquito protection items, as well as your health insurance card. If you have any personal special illness, please be sure to bring your own medication.
5.. If the event cannot take place or must be postponed due to bad weather or force majeure, participants will be notified by text message or phone before the event.
