Rice Harvesting Is Full of Fun: Experience the Joy of a Jubilant Bounty

5. Event content
A. Hand rice harvesting: After about 120 days of growth, from young seedlings to full golden rice ears, by swinging a handheld sickle, you joyfully harvest the gift of heaven and the nourishment of the earth; the pleasure of gleaning is found in this moment.
B. Harvest meal: A taste of traditional farm dishes, experiencing the friendly exchange and mutual aid of rural neighbors. Even simple home-style dishes, because they use local seasonal ingredients, bring out the fresh sweetness of the ingredients' true flavors.
C. Visit the Lianhe Guomi Trail: The beauty of Neicheng lies not only in the vast green fields stretching before the eyes, but also in many secluded paths that inadvertently guide those who wish to explore deeper to seek out its beauty. In the hot season, we will take you to visit an old canal from the Qing dynasty, using the refreshing coolness of the old canal to help you forget the stifling heat of midsummer.
D. Friendly Farming Mini-Class: A discussion with Lianhe Rice smallholders, listening as they describe the course of this year's rice growth while enjoying a delicious, fragrant, chewy traditional rice afternoon tea.
