The same, on a Thursday afternoon.

What was different was that dozens of ”just over one meter“ tall elementary school students invaded the Dongsan Shui Market, sending the stall owners scrambling to attend to these tiny customers. On this day, March 27, Xinsheng Market x Elementary School Students Tell Stories kicked off an afternoon of nonstop chattering and merrymaking, whipping up a cute whirlwind through Xinsheng Market and the surrounding market area.

This was Market Experience Day for a group of fourth-grade students from Laosong Elementary School. To help the students get to know the old Japanese-style historic site near their school - Xinsheng Market - the event not only let the students roam freely through the traditional market and complete tasks by photographing what they saw and heard, but also discovered the beauty of the traditional market through the students' eyes. So just how is it different when elementary school students visit a market compared with adults?

↑The event ended successfully, and of course we still had to do a customary group photo~

The purpose of this event was to see, through the students' creative and unrestrained perspective, the market blueprint they hope for, and then to lead the students to get to know Xinsheng Market and imagine more wonderful possibilities for the future!

And the next step after the event: the Xinsheng Market concert!

Come, come, come, come, everyone is welcome to experience it together - the Xinsheng Market concert hall, guaranteed to give you a whole new feeling!
