How can the aging of agriculture be alleviated? The Department of Bio-Industry Communication and Development at National Taiwan University uses storytelling marketing to encourage young people to enter farming
"From Farming: A Young Farmer Storytelling Workshop" is commissioned by the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, and hosted by the Department of Bio-Industry Communication and Development (abbreviated as the Communication Department) of National Taiwan University, as well as the Agricultural Extension Committee of National Taiwan University. The organizers brought together students from NTU's Communication Department, the Department of Library and Information Science, and the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering to form an execution team, holding a total of four sessions across Taiwan starting in early 9. The Yilan session came to a perfect close on October 18.
The purpose of this workshop is to build a platform for interaction between young students and young farmers. Through group activities, interaction, and discussion during the courses, it encourages young farmers to tell their own stories, helps more young students understand the value of young people going into farming, raises young people's willingness to take up farming, and slows the aging of Taiwan's agricultural sector.

Taking part in the workshop and listening to each young farmer share their ideas makes people identify even more with the value of young people going into farming. "From Farming - A Young Farmer Storytelling Workshop" invites top speakers from various fields and provides two days of related courses on agricultural extension and marketing, completely free of charge.
After the course, submit an article and a short film before November 5200,000 yuan in scholarships! Members of the public who want to devote their efforts to agricultural extension should not miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
