He believes the current draft plan amounts to reducing the taro fields to "zero" and is a project extremely unfavorable to the Tao people. He called on the Lanyu Township Office to seriously consider Lanyu's development, saying every matter must be discussed and understood, and precautions for the future must be taken well, "not wait until the thing has arrived in the end before responding." he said.(To be continued)
