* Position being recruited: One project manager for marine environment activities.
* Job content: Organize the foundation's marine environment activities and summer camps, and support other office work projects.
* What we are looking for: We hope for partners who are "full of passion for the world yet not so over-optimistic as to be clueless," "have the drive to realize ideals without self-righteous pride," "are happy to learn and grow through work and also identify with the foundation's organizational culture," and "love the ocean and outdoor activities and also have planning ability" to join our ranks.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00; if there is overtime for activities on weekends, compensatory leave will be arranged flexibly.
* Work location: Mountains, sea, Hualien.
* Qualifications:
1. University or junior college graduate
2. Basic computer and document processing ability
3. Experience in project planning and execution or organizing activities is preferred
4. Good Chinese expression ability, able to write copy; fluent spoken English is preferred
5. Basic understanding of the foundation or
6. Those with strong determination and execution ability to do this work, even if they do not fully meet the above working conditions, may also actively seek the opportunity, and the foundation will evaluate based on individual traits and special qualities.
