Matsutake is so expensive, so you must be careful when storing it. When cleaning, the water from the tap should not be too strong. You should also be careful when removing the soil from the root. After cleaning it thoroughly, you can slice it and sun-dry it. Then seal it and store it in a place without light.
Matsutake is delicious and highly nutritious, but when eating it you should also be careful not to eat it together with high-fat foods. That will affect the absorption of matsutake's nutrients. It also should not be eaten together with high-calcium foods. Eating too much can easily cause urinary tract stones.
